How to make "Pao de Queijo" or Brazilian Cheese Bread

Brazilian Cheese Balls - Pao de Queijo
Dedicated to Yara




Ingredients:
- 140 g of  cassava starch (Tapiokmelr in Germany - found in Orientals Markets)
- 300 g of cooked mashed potato 300g
- 100g grated parmesan cheese (or Grana Padano, I saw with Feta cheese too)
- 1 soup spoon (soup) margarine
- 1 egg

How to prepare:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and misture all the ingredients until made a dough that release your hands.
Make balls and arrange in a form away from each other. Does not need greasing it. Heat the oven for about 10 minutes and put to bake in the average temperature until they are with a golden crust.
