How to make brazilian farofa?

Farofa is a salty dish brazilians made with manioc dry flour eat with basic everything... feijoada, rice and beans, barbacue. I missed so much when I was in Germany, I could learn how to do without the original ingredient.

01 cup of panier mehr (in Germany) - it is flour made with dry breadcrumbs - who knows the word?
02 garlics sliced in small
01 onion medium sized in small
03 Eggs cooked in water until gets hard, then unpeelled and slice.
01 Tomato without seeds.
01 Grated Carrot
20 chopped olives
100 g. of bacon in small pieces
Spring onions - as much as you wish.
Some oil to fry - not olive.

Well, fry the bacon with some oil to not burn it. Put the garlic and let it get the gold, then the onions and after the tomates. Put the carrot, let it in medium fire until the water from the tomate reduce half of it. Put the Panier Mehr, turn off the fire and add the eggs. Add the chopped spring onions and the olives.
This is just a basic receipt... you can change, add more veggies or meat.

Dedicated to Charlotte.
