I always considered that chayote is a brazilian veggie... normal, it grew all the place around south.

Slice and pell around 03 medium size cayote. Put in a special plastic bag fold it but in the way the chayote will be up and the bag still close. Cook in 3 minutes, check it, if more time is necessary. Take care it may be hot. Put in a bowl and sean with sliced onions, parsilic, spring onions, olive oil and salt.
