01 lemon small size(not sicilian!)
02 tea spoons of white sugar (well, I
prefer mine with more, up to you)
It is the most popular distilled alcoholic
beverage in Brazil. It is also known as aguardente, pinga,
caninha
50 ml of water
Ice Cubes
First, peel off
the lemon the green layer and the white layer. Slice the lemon in four parts. Remove
the seeds and the white part from inside. Mix the sugar and macerated – not much.
Then add the liquor, the water and complete with iced cubes. You can make it
stronger putting less water and more liquor.
My father special touch
is, not putting water. Just 80 ml of liquor and complete with just ice cubes…. Then
waiting for 10 minutes. The flavours will blend and the pure ice will make the
drink cold. Just mix gently and enjoy!
