Ok.... I will not sell girls here, but I know some guys living here or abroad wish this kind of interaction... Let's be clear, if you have problems having girls in your own country, it may not change here.  Although, some cultural tricks are good:

1- You are foreign, it is already good topic for start a conversation with a girl. Asking simple stuff about the city or an information. It will be very strange if you a girl don't answer you with a smile...

2- Girls are girls and are different... some brazilians are shy other are more open. Not a big news, respect that and realize it. We usually less permissive in the sex, but again... every couple in your time.
