Coconut Pudding = Manjar de Coco

Mister Jinx and Coconut Pudding

For foreigners coconut can be a symbol of Brazil. This dessert is easy not too much ingredients, require a mixer, the pudding form and a fridge... no secrets.

Ingredients:

01 can of condensated milk
01 same measure of cream fraîche
01 little bottle of coconut milk
The measure of the jelly without flavour.
Coconut for decoration.

Mix the consensated milk, cream fraîche and coconut milk in a blender or mixer. Add the jelly made as they instruction said. Put it in a pudding form. Refrigerator for 12 hours. Remove it. Some hot water can help in the outside of the form to put the dessert out without too much emotions.
Decorate.
Put a the table and take care with the cats..
