So if a brazilian is not realy at that program time with you... don't get personal! It's cultural...

ReplyDeleteActually, in São Paulo you can blame the heavy traffic and, even if you program yourself to leave home a little bit earlier it won't guarantee that you'll reach your destination in time cause the traffic have a pretty variable density =)
